Frequently asked questions.

How do I get to New Zealand?

Depending on where you are traveling from, we will work this out for you! Our local carrier, Air New Zealand flies to destinations all over the world. Leave the problem solving to us.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

We have access to airfares approx 11-12 months in advance, in general; the sooner you book, the more affordable it will be for you. Our experts can advise whether your travel dates are likely to come on sale, and whether it is worth waiting a few months before booking.

What are the passport and visa requirements?

Again - leave this to us. In general you will need a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity, and most travelers will need to obtain the NZeTA (New Zealand electronic Visa Waiver) visa waiver. We will send you all the correct links and documentation you’ll require, with plenty of time to complete this.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes! We will find the appropriate policy for you and your traveling party.

I’ve never used a travel agency before - how does it work?

We will work together to come up with the best flights and a touring package just right for you. Our prices are no different that booking directly (we are paid a commission by the airlines and hotel/land suppliers) - and we do not charge additional fees.
